Shopped around

I shopped around and visited few online stores and came across Baby Snooze. Their prices were very competitive and website was easy to navigate. Delivery was little late (1 day lol) but their customer service is really good.

Could've been better

I ordered a cot bed which was dispatched promptly. One box was stuck at the courier's depot which was a little disappointing as I needed it urgently. Customer service was great and ensured the missing box was delivered as quick as possible but this was two days later. Not the company's fault.

Good service

The carton of the cot bed was received ripped and one part was slightly damaged. I think this was caused by the courier. Company was great in sending out the needed replacment part.
